AlcheMe Natural Health Institute, Inc. (EIN 920313050) is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit corporation founded in 2022 to expand access to yoga therapy, health education, and professional trainings for integrative health providers.
Public Benefit Purpose
Our specific purpose is to provide accessible yoga therapy and health education programs, plus professional trainings that equip integrative health providers to serve diverse communities with safety and effectiveness.

Dissolution Clause
Upon dissolution, remaining assets must be distributed to a qualifying organization organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational and/or religious purposes under IRS §501(c)(3).
